Tuna Tartar Phyllo Cups

Ingredients

  • 15 frozen mini phyllo shells
  • 4 oz. sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 1/4 diced avocado
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Bake phyllo shells on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 375 until browned and crisp, 5 minutes. Combine tuna, avocado, soy sauce, cilantro, sesame oil and lime juice. Divide among the shells; top with sesame seeds.
