Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tsp brown sugar or maple syrup
- Pinch each of salt and cinnamon
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
- 1/2 chopped banana
- Sliced strawberries
Directions

Combine oats, flaxseed, milk, yogurt, brown sugar or maple syrup, salt and cinnamon in a small jar. Add dried strawberries and banana, seal the jar, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, just open the jar, stir and add sliced strawberries.
