Ingredients
- 1 slice bacon
- 1 tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
- 4 slices toasted cinnamon-raisin bread
- Apples, thinly sliced
- Maple syrup, for drizzling

Cook bacon until crisp, then chop. Pulse butter and yogurt in a food processor. Spread on toast. Top with apples and the bacon; drizzle with maple syrup.
