Mocha Protein Smoothie Phase 1 SBD

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 C unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 C Gevalia Cold Brew concentrate
  • 1 heaping scoop Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein with Turmeric
  • 4 T Cocoa
  • 4 T Metamucil powder (generic, NOT w/ aspartame)
  • 1 tsp unflavored gelatine
  • 2 tsp organic coconut oil
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 5.3 oz plain non-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 T organic cashew butter
  • 1 1/2 C ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place first five ingredients in a 6 C blender.

  2. Mix on Low.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on high to crush ice.

  4. Makes 2 —-20 oz servings
