Mocha Protein Smoothie Phase 1 SBD

Ingredients
- 1/2 C unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 C unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1/4 C Gevalia Cold Brew concentrate
- 1 heaping scoop Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein with Turmeric
- 4 T Cocoa
- 4 T Metamucil powder (generic, NOT w/ aspartame)
- 1 tsp unflavored gelatine
- 2 tsp organic coconut oil
- 1/2 small avocado
- 5.3 oz plain non-fat greek yogurt
- 2 T organic cashew butter
- 1 1/2 C ice cubes
Directions

Place first five ingredients in a 6 C blender.

Mix on Low.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on high to crush ice.
