Mini Pretzel Hot Dogs

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 (11 oz.) roll refrigerated prepared pizza dough
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. beef cocktail franks
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Hot Mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the salt.

  2. Cut each piece of the pizza dough into 1/2-inch wide strips. Wrap each cocktail frank in dough, letting a little bit of frank show at each end.

  3. Cook franks in boiling water over medium heat for 1 minute. Remove from the pot with a slotted spoon and put on baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Sere with mustard for dipping.
