Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cream of celery soup
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1/4 cup snipped parsley
Directions

Cook beef, celery, onions ad green pepper until meat is browned; drain.

Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 tsp. salt. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Stir often. Add salt to taste.
