Beef Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup snipped parsley

Directions

  1. Cook beef, celery, onions ad green pepper until meat is browned; drain.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 tsp. salt. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Stir often. Add salt to taste.
