Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 17 oz. can cream-style corn
- 1 10 1/2-oz. can condensed beef broth
- 1 tsp. salt dash pepper
Directions

In large skillet brown beef and onion; drain off excess fat. Add diced potato, cream-style corn, beef broth, salt and pepper; mix well.

Cover; cook over low heat for 20 to 25 minute, stirring occasionally.
