Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup water or milk @80 deg f
- 3 TBSP butter
- 3 cups all purpose or bread flour
- 3 1/2 TBSP sugar
- 2 TBSP dry milk optional if using milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp active dry yeast or 1 1/2 tsp instant or bread machine yeast
Directions

Add water and butter to bread machine pan.

Add flour sugar dry milk and salt to pan tap tap to settle

Level and push dry ingredients into corners

Make a well and add the yeast to it

Lock pan into bread machine

Process on the dough cycle

Remove bread from pan and let rest 15 minutes

Shape into Rolls on a greased pan

Let rise till double 45 min to one hour

Brush with soft butter or egg white

Bake at 350 deg f for 15-20 minutes till golden brown
