Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup minced green pepper
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 small pkg. elbow macaroni
Directions

Brown beef and green pepper lightly in iron skillet. Add salt, black pepper, tomato sauce an 1/2 sauce can water; simmer on low flame.

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain but do not blanch. Add to the meat sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
