Ingredients
- 3 to 4 large Idaho potatoes, large diced
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, chopped
Directions

Bring potatoes to a boil. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until fork tender. Strain the potatoes. Immediately place in refrigerator for two to three hours.

Cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and drain on paper towels. Chop bacon into small pieces.

Whisk together the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, sour cream, white pepper, garlic salt and adobo seasoning. Pour over chilled chopped potatoes. Toss to coat. Fold in cheese, bacon and green onions.
