Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pound (2 1/4 Cups firmly packed) light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pound confectioners sugar (4 cups)
Directions

In a medium saucepan, melt butter.

Stir in the brown sugar and milk.

Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Stir peanut butter and vanilla into hot mixture.

Mix in confectioners sugar and beat until smooth.

Spread into buttered 9 × 9 × 2 or 9 × 13 pan.

Chill until from.

Cut into squares.
