Joanne’s White Bread

Cook time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yeast
  • 2 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 7 cup flour

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in water and let sit for 10 min.

  2. Add sugar and salt, mix well.

  3. Add flour a cup at a time, mixing well.

  4. Place dough in a greased bowl and let rise until double.

  5. Punch down and divide into 3 loaves. Place in bread pans and let rise until double.

  6. Bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes
