Caramel Corn

Ingredients

  • 5 quart popcorn
  • 2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup dark karo syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp soda

Directions

  1. Heat sugar, butter, syrup, and salt to boiling.

  2. Boil 5 min.

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Stir in soda until fluffy.

  5. Pour over popcorn.

  6. Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.
