Fudgie Scotch Ring

Ingredients

  • 6 oz chocolate chips
  • 6 oz butterscotch or peanut butter chips
  • 1 can Eagle milk
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Melt chips with milk in double boiler.

  2. Let thicken.

  3. Remove from heat and add nuts and vanilla.

  4. Chill for 1 hour.

  5. Line bottom of 9" pie pan with foil.

  6. Place 3/4 cup walnut halves on bottom.

  7. Spoon candy mixture over nuts.

  8. Garnish with nuts.

  9. Chill and slice.
