Strawberry Agua Fresca

Ingredients

  • 4 cups quartered fresh strawberries (about 2 pints)
  • 6 cups cold water, divided
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Combine strawberries, 2 cups water, sugar, and mint in a blender; process 2 minutes or until smooth. Strain mixture through a sieve into a pitcher; discard solids. Add remaining 4 cups water and juice; refrigerate. Serve over ice.
