Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. instant coffee, dissolved
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cup whipped cream
Directions

Heat chocolate chips until melted, cool until creamy.

Beat cheese, brown sugar, coffee, salt and vanilla on low speed until smooth.

Add egg yolks and chocolate and beat on high speed until smooth.

Beat egg whites on high speed until soft peaks form.

Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture.

Reserve 1/2 cup of whipped cream.

Fold remaining whipped cream into chocolate mixture.

Garnish with whipped cream.

Freeze for several hours.
