Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 4 pieces fish (any kind of fish will work)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine seasonings, olive oil and lime juice. Coat each side of fish (another method is to combiner seasonings, olive oil, and lime juice in a ziplock bag. Put fish in bag and coat with other ingredients).

  3. Place fish on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, turn over and cook additional 5 minutes.
