Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 pound ground chuck
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
  • 1 (16 ounce can pinto beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

Directions

  1. In a large dutch over, cook beef, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain well. Stir in tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, salsa, corn, black beans, broth, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, for 30 mins. Freeze leftovers if desired.
