Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 2 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 bell peppers, 1 inch square
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Directions

Heat oil, add cubed chicken, pepperoni, garlic.

Stir fry 3-4 minutes.

Remove from skillet.

Heat remaining ingredients except cheese.

Stir fry 3-4 minutes, stir in chicken until heated.

Add cheese and serve.
