Ingredients
- 5 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 3 Tbsp truffle oil
- 1 Tbsp minced canned black truffles
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh chives

In a bowl, stir all ingredients together and form into a ball. Roll mixture into a 2 inch thick log in a piece of parchment or wax paper. Refrigerate or freeze until form enough to slice. The butter will keep frozen for several weeks.
