Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
- 1 1/4 cups Alfredo-style pasta sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened

Preheat oven to 350.

Bake garlic in a small baking dish until soft, 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven. When cool enough to touch, squeeze softened garlic from skins.

Stir together roasted garlic, artichoke hearts, spinach, pasta sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan and cream cheese in an 8×8-inch baking dish; spread evenly.

Bake until cheeses are melted and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
