Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or sour cream)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- crushed potato chips
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

Place chicken in skillet.

Add broth and water to cover

Bring to boil, simmer 15 minutes.

Transfer chicken to casserole.

Reduce broth to 1/4 cup.

Mix onion, broth, and soup.

Pour over chicken.

Bake at 350 for 20minutes.

Cover with potato chips and bake 10 minutes.
