Ingredients
- 1-8 oz package spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1-16 oz jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 C butter/ sliced
- 8 oz cottage cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 C sour cream
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees

Cook spaghetti about 12 minutes-drain

Brown beef, drain grease

Transfer to a bowl and mix spaghetti sauce into beef

Place 1/2 butter in bottom of 9X13 casserole

Spread 1/2 spaghetti onto bottom of dish

Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream together in a bowl

Spread over spaghetti

Layer remaining spaghetti over creamy mixture

Top with remaining pats of butter

Pour ground beef over spaghetti

BAKE for 30 minutes

Spread cheddar cheese over casserole and continue baking until cheese has melted and is lightly browned- about 15 more minutes
