Spinach Balls

Ingredients
- 2 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 2 medium onions, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 5 eggs, beaten
Directions

Cook spinach without salt. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Toss together; stuffing, onions, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and thyme.

Add butter and eggs, mix thoroughly. Form into walnut-size balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
