Ingredients
- 8 frozen precooked hash brown patties
- 2 cups coarsely chopped broccoli
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 8 oz. cooked ham, diced
- 7 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 3-quart baking dish, then line with foil and parchment paper (parchment on top).

Arrange hash brown patties in dish. Sprinkle with broccoli, cheese, and ham.

Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and mustard in a large bowl; pour over ham. Bake until edges are golden brown and a knife inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes.
