Ingredients
- 4 oz. lowfat cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 4 (8 oz.) whole-wheat or flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 6 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 4 oz. sliced lowfat provolone cheese
Directions

In small mixing bowl combine cream cheese and horseradish.

Spread on 1 side of each tortilla. Top each with spinach leavers, roast beef and provolone cheese. Tightly roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 to 24 hours.

To serve, cut each tortilla in 1-inch pieces.
