Sonoma chicken Salad

Ingredients
- Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 5 teaspoons hone
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
- Salad
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, from prepared roasted chicken, cooled completely
- 3/4 cup pecan pieces, toasted
- 2 cups red seedless grapes
- 3 stalks celery, thinly sliced

Prepare dressing by mixing together all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to dress the salad.

De-bone the cooled roasted chicken, using mostly the white meat. Refrigerate the meat for at least 30 minutes. Dice into bite-size pieces and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in pecan, grapes, celery and dressing.
