Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced onions
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 cup canned peeled tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup A.1. Steak sauce
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 4 (4 to 6 oz.) beef tenderloin steaks

In medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook onions in margarine until tender. Add tomatoes, 1/4 ciup steak sauce and vinegar, heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in parsley. Set aside.

Grill or broil steaks 4 inches from heat source, for 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness, brushing with remaining steak sauce. Serve steaks with sauce garnished as desired.
