Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium green pepper, halved and sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, halved, seeded and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 cups shredded provolone
- 16 oz. package gnocchi
Directions

In a skillet, cook beef with green pepper, onion, and jalapeno over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain and remove from pan.

In same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour, pepper and salt; cook and stir 2-3 minutes. Whisk in milk and Worcestershire. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Add beef.

Cook gnocchi as directed. Drain; add to sauce.
