Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter, softened, divided
- 1 tsp minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- 3/4 lb. beef flat iron steak or boneless top sirloin steak
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Directions

Mix 1 tbsp. butter, parsley, garlic and soy sauce.

Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat the remaining butter over medium heat. Add steak; cook until meat reaches desired doneness, 4-7 minutes per side. Serve with garlic butter.
