Garlic-Butter Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. butter, softened, divided
  • 1 tsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp soy sauce
  • 3/4 lb. beef flat iron steak or boneless top sirloin steak
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Mix 1 tbsp. butter, parsley, garlic and soy sauce.

  2. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat the remaining butter over medium heat. Add steak; cook until meat reaches desired doneness, 4-7 minutes per side. Serve with garlic butter.
