Ingredients
- 15 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Baked pita chips or assorted fresh vegetables
Directions

Place first five ingredients in a food processor; process until almost smooth. Add mayo and parsley; pulse just until blended. Serve with pita chips or vegetables.
