Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon
- 1/2 tsp herbes de Provence
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 small bulbs fennel, each sliced lengthwise through core into 6 wedges
- 12 thin slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
- balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Directions

In bowl, whisk first 5 ingredients with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. On baking sheet, brush mixture over fennel. Broil, turning once, until tender, 13-15 minutes; season. Let cool. Wrap fennel with prosciutto. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
