Prosciutto-Wrapped Fennel with Balsamic Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon
  • 1/2 tsp herbes de Provence
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 small bulbs fennel, each sliced lengthwise through core into 6 wedges
  • 12 thin slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
  • balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Directions

  1. In bowl, whisk first 5 ingredients with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. On baking sheet, brush mixture over fennel. Broil, turning once, until tender, 13-15 minutes; season. Let cool. Wrap fennel with prosciutto. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
