Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 12 pepperoni slices, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 oz. can unsalted tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp sugar

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high. Add oregano, red pepper, pepperoni, and garlic; saute 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce, salt and sugar; cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 4 minutes.
