Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions

Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium. Add paprika, ground cumin, ground turmeric; cook, stirring often, until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Combine oil mixture and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Stir in ginger, salt, and garlic.
