Ingredients
- 6 oz. soba noodles
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp sambal oelek
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 8 oz. shredded rotisserie chicken
Directions

Cook noodles as directed; drain and rinse with cold water.

Combine tahini, water, sesame oil, lime juice, sambal oelek, and salt in a large bowl. Add noodles, cabbage, green onions and chicken. Toss gently to combine. Serve at room temp.
