Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. tahini
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, grated
Directions

Place tahini in a medium bowl. Stir in water, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week.
