Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 14 oz. broccolini, trimmed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sliced scallions
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add broccolini; stir-fry 1 minute. Add water; cook 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

Stir in scallions, fish sauce, chili garlic sauce, lime juice, sugar and red pepper. Cook 1-2 minutes or until liquid evaporates.
