Stir-Fried Broccolini

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 14 oz. broccolini, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallions
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add broccolini; stir-fry 1 minute. Add water; cook 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

  2. Stir in scallions, fish sauce, chili garlic sauce, lime juice, sugar and red pepper. Cook 1-2 minutes or until liquid evaporates.
