Mushroom Steak Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cans Golden Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Beef Broth
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 tb Wondra
  • 1 tb Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Put soup, broth, and wine into a pan on stove. Heat to boiling.

  2. Whisk in some Wondra to thicken the sauce a bit. 1 tbsp is approximate. Let sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  3. While sauce is simmering, saute the mushrooms in a little olive oil. When done, dump into sauce. Finish simmering.
