Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 13 oz. bag tortilla chips
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 4 cups shredded pepper Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 cups tomatillo salsa
- Sliced pickled jalapenos
- Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
Directions

Preheat the broiler. In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream and lime juice. On a large rimmed baking sheet lined with foil, scatter half of the tortilla chips. Top with half of the chicken and half of the cheese. Repeat with the remaining chips, chicken and cheese.

Broil until the cheese in the center is melted, 1-2 minutes. Top with some of the salsa and jalapenos. Drizzle with the lime sour cream. Top with cilantro. Serve the remaining salsa on the side for dipping.
