Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped, fresh strawberries*
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1tlbs. Cornstarch
Directions

Bring to a boil and boil for one minute. To thicken make a slurry with some of the puree and cornstarch. Cook stirring until clear.
- Then use a potato masher and cool.
