Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. apple jelly
- 2 small heads radicchio, quartered through the core
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese

In a small pan, boil apple juice, vinegar and jelly until reduced to 1/2 cup, about 15 minutes; season glaze. Brush cut sides of radicchio with oil; season. Grill over medium heat, 2 minutes per cut side. Drizzle with glaze. Top with cheese.
