Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 1 small garlic clove
- 8 sesame seed buns, split
- 6 oz. thinly sliced capocollo
- 6 oz. thinly sliced provolone
- 5 oz. thinly sliced salami
- 2 cups shaved cabbage
- 2 large plum tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves

In food processor, pulse mayo, peppers, and garlic until blended; season mayo. Build sandwiches with buns, mayo, and remaining ingredients. On baking sheet, bake at 350 until cheese is melted, about 7 minutes.
