Italian Beef

Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 lbs roast beef
  • 1 - 2 C. beef broth
  • 1 1/2 C. peppercini juice
  • Oregano or Italian seasoning
  • black pepper
  • garlic cloves
  • Peppercinis

Directions

  1. Clove roast and cook in crockpot for 5 – 6 hours. Shred beef. Pour off fat. Add beef broth and seasonings. Serve on hard rolls with peppercinis.
