Ingredients
- 3 - 4 lbs roast beef
- 1 - 2 C. beef broth
- 1 1/2 C. peppercini juice
- Oregano or Italian seasoning
- black pepper
- garlic cloves
- Peppercinis
Directions

Clove roast and cook in crockpot for 5 – 6 hours. Shred beef. Pour off fat. Add beef broth and seasonings. Serve on hard rolls with peppercinis.
