Greek Chicken with cucumber yogurt sauce

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. Dijon-style mustard
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 3/4 c. peeled, seeded & coarsley chopped cucumbers
- 1/4 tsp dried dill-weed
- 3 c. shredded lettuce
- pita bread
Directions

Cut chicken into small pieces and place chicken in plastic bag. Pour in marinade (combine oil, lemon juice, mustard, 2 cloves garlic, oregano, 1/8 tsp. pepper).

Refrigerate for 3 – 24 hours

Sauce: Combine yogurt, cucumber, 1 clove garlic, dill weed in a small bowl and chill.

Serve with shredded lettuce and pita bread.
