Ingredients
- 2 lbs. thin asparagus spears, bottoms trimmed
- 1/3 cup corn oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Line a 10×15-inch rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Spread asparagus on foil. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss again, then arrange asparagus in a single layer.

Roast until just tender, 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
