Ingredients
- 15 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 6 chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 375. Line a 15×10-inch baking pan with foil; lightly coat with cooking spray.

Stir together all ingredients but chicken in a bowl. Arrange chicken in prepared pan. Cover evenly with artichoke mixture.

Bake until chicken is no longer pink and cooked through, 35-40 minutes.
