Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup packed flat-leaf Italian parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano
Directions

Put all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse 2-3 times, then scrape down sides with a rubber spatula; repeat until a thick sauce forms, about 12 times.
