Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups packed chopped kale
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2/3 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add kale and garlic; cook, stirring, until kale is wilted and garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, until water has been absorbed, 15-20 minutes.
