Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tbsp. tahini
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, or whish together vigorously in a small bowl.
