Ingredients
- 2 heads broccoli
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 tsp Asian chile-garlic sauce
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Cut broccoli into florets with 2 inches of stems; toss with oil on a large baking sheet. Bake at 425 until tender, 25-30 minutes. Bring orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chile-garlic sauce to a boil in a saucepan over high. Reduce to a simmer, and cool until thickened, 2 minutes. Stir in sesame oil. Drizzle over broccoli. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
